The American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)

Dr. Olson is a diplomate of The American Board of Plastic Surgery. The ABPS has a mission of promoting safe, ethical, effective plastic surgery for the public by maintaining rigorous standards for member surgeons. Members must adhere to certain requirements for education, examination, certification, and regular recertification as specialists in the field of plastic surgery.

American Medical Association

Dr. Olson is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), which helps doctors help patients by uniting physicians nationwide to work on the most important professional and public health issues. Its members, delegates, trustees, council members, section members, medical societies, and countless other physicians, medical students, and staff all play an integral role in the success of the organization.

Utah Medical Association

Dr. Olson also belongs to the Utah Medical Association (UMA), established in 1895. The organization promotes scientific advancements in medicine, provides a means of sharing ideas and cooperation among physicians, keeps physicians informed about advancements and issues related to medicine, serves as an advocate for physicians, public health, business, and practice management, and generally supports physicians.
