This patient sought a facelift in Gilbert to address visible signs of aging, including sagging skin along the neck and lower face. Their main goals centered on restoring a natural-looking contour and reducing jowling. Before surgery, the patient expressed specific concerns about loss of facial volume, especially in the cheeks and chin.

To achieve the desired outcome, 6cc of fat was transferred to the cheeks, with additional fat grafted to the nasolabial folds, temples, and chin. This comprehensive approach helped support natural facial structure. An Erbium laser was also used around the mouth, eyelids, forehead and midface to improve skin texture and tone.

Three months following the procedure, the patient’s photos show a smoother jawline and a more refreshed appearance. Swelling has subsided, and the transferred volume has settled, creating balanced facial proportions and a rejuvenated profile.
