Dr. Olsen and his staff were truly amazing. From the initial consultation to surgery and post-op care, I felt heard and treated like a patient — not just a number. The front desk staff were friendly, and everyone on the consultation side of the office was welcoming and kind. The office itself is also beautiful and very clean, which is a huge plus. I originally went to see Dr. Olsen because I had a breast augmentation done by another surgeon a year prior, and I was unhappy with my results. By the time I came in for my consultation, I honestly felt defeated. During my appointment, I shared all of my concerns with Dr. Olsen and his team, and he truly listened with intention. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of revision surgery and what I could realistically expect moving forward. On the day of surgery, the entire surgical team was incredible. Everyone was kind, reassuring, and professional. I arrived on time, was taken back promptly, met with the anesthesiologist, and saw Dr. Olsen before the procedure. The entire experience felt smooth and well organized. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Olsen personally texted to check on me after surgery (either the evening of or the next day). That level of care meant a lot to me. When I had my previous augmentation with another surgeon, I never experienced that kind of follow-up. It made me feel like he genuinely cared about his patients and their recovery. At my post-operative appointment, I was so happy with my results. My confidence truly came back. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Olsen and his team, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation or revision surgery.

I could go on and on about the amazing experience I’ve had. The office/surgery center is bright, beautiful, and clean. His staff was amazing, and very responsive to any question I had during the process. My breast augmentation with a lift was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Although he had a wait (because he is that good) it was worth it! I’ll be shouting Dr Olsens name from the rooftops for any momma that wants to feel like herself again.

An Experience I'll Always Be Grateful For There are some decisions you make for yourself that feel deeply aligned; this was one of them. Five stars will never feel like enough for Dr. Josh Olson and the incredible team at Advanced Plastic Surgery Center, located in Gilbert, Arizona. I have wanted breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. I almost did it ten years ago, and now I am so grateful it didn't work out then, because I would have missed the opportunity to have Dr. Olson as my surgeon. Timing truly matters. At 42, I decided it was finally the right time. Not for anyone else. Not because of pressure. Simply because I wanted to do something that felt empowering and special for me. And let me say this clearly, it is never too late to choose yourself. I researched extensively, surgeons in Arizona and even out of state. I had heard about Dr. Olson's beautiful work through friends (especially his mommy makeovers). When someone I knew recently had a breast augmentation done by him and looked amazing, it reignited something in me. Because I had a specific timeline, I started with his online consultation. I submitted photos and heard back quickly. Even before meeting Dr. Olson in person, I felt calm and confident in my decision, thanks to his excellent staff. From the very first interaction, every single person in the office, the patient coordinators, nurses, and surgical staff, treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The word "staff" doesn't even feel right. Everyone on his team feels invested in the process. When I met Dr. Olson in person two weeks before my surgery at his beautiful, immaculate, state-of-the-art facility, I immediately felt heard. He took his time. He studied my inspiration photos. He studied me. He pointed out subtle aspects of my anatomy I had never noticed. That level of detail and thoughtfulness builds trust quickly. Choosing implant size can feel overwhelming, not wanting to regret going too small, but also not wanting to regret going too large. Dr. Olson has a rare ability to truly listen beyond the words. He doesn't impose his vision; he collaborates. He balances aesthetics, anatomy, and long-term satisfaction in a way that feels deeply personalized. That is artistry and safety. I also chose to have liposuction in my axillary area, something that had bothered me for years, regardless of my weight. He addressed it seamlessly as part of my surgical plan. The day of surgery was my first surgery ever, and yes, I was nervous. But from check-in to anesthesia, I felt entirely supported. Dr. Olson checked in with me one more time before I went back into the operating room, reviewing everything again, making sure we were aligned. Seeing my inspiration photos displayed in the operating room felt surreal in the best way, like the dream I'd carried for years was finally coming true. I ended up with 470cc breast implants, and here's what I love most: implants look different on everybody. 470cc on me looks natural, proportional, and beautifully full. That outcome isn't accidental. It is a true testament to Dr. Olson's artistry and skill. It's experience, and it is an aesthetic judgment refined over the years. I am now eight weeks post-op, watching them "drop and fluff," and I am beyond grateful. I followed my aftercare as meticulously outlined in the handouts and by Dr. Olson's staff, and my recovery has been smooth. But more than the physical results, this experience has been empowering. It feels like honoring a version of myself that waited patiently for the right time. If you are overwhelmed by options or second-guessing yourself, I encourage you to at least consult with Dr. Josh Olson. He is a highly skilled, board-certified plastic surgeon and is also kind, knowledgeable, and deeply thoughtful; that combination matters when choosing a surgeon. If I ever choose to have another procedure, perhaps a mommy makeover one day, I will return in a heartbeat. I trust Dr. Olson completely. This wasn't about changing who I am. It was about honoring something I had wanted for years and finally giving myself permission to do it. I am incredibly grateful that the timing aligned the way it did. Choosing Dr. Olson was one of the best decisions I've made, and I would do it all over again.

Dr. Olson and the Nurses and the entire staff are amazing and I’m so happy with my experience and with my results!!! I needed a lot of work—I had a lot of extra skin after 130 pound weight loss (16 years prior) and a baby and 2 surgeries (in the last 6 years). Dr. Olson performed a Fleur De Lis Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift, and Brachioplasty during one surgery. I spent one night at their surgical center. I researched a lot of surgeons in the area and had consults with two other surgeons before meeting Dr. Olson. My gut told me I was in good hands here and I was not wrong!! It takes a great surgeon to reshape a body after major weight loss and I cried when I saw myself. I look amazing—it’s a whole new body!! I flew from another State for this surgery and the office staff was so patient and kind with the extra help I needed coordinating all of it. Denise was my night nurse when I came out of surgery and literally was the best nurse I’ve ever had in my life—and I’ve had a lot! I had a hard time with the pain right when I came out of surgery and Ashley came in and held my hand and calmed me down! Robin was my cheerleader and everyone really was cheering me on! I can’t say enough good things and I would trust my kids in their hands! I went to a different surgeons office up here in Idaho (to get some scar cream) and I showed them my scars and all of the nurses were telling me that I had a great surgeon as they were shocked with how great my scars looked after only 5 weeks. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I am beyond happy with my results from Dr Josh Olson. Both him and his team are so amazing. He did a great job at listening to what I want and executing it perfectly. I got a breast augmentation about 6 weeks ago and the scars are almost non existent! I didn’t use any pain meds and recovery was super easy. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Olson and his team! Everyone from the receptionist desk to the surgery center staff were exceptional. My implants were 16 years old and I had capsular contracture. Dr Olson is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He recommended a lift with scar revisions and new implants. I’m now 6 weeks post surgery and I couldn’t be happier! Dr Olson and his staff are rockstars!
