Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 31

This 37 year-old female from Mesa, AZ presented to our Gilbert, AZ clinic for consultation regarding eyelid rejuvenation surgery. She was unhappy with her lower eyelid ‘bags’ and felt they made her look much older than she is. 

Dr. Olson spent time with her discussing filler treatments compared to surgery which would include a lower blepharoplasty. He felt a lower blepharoplasty through a trans-conjunctival incision would allow for lower eyelid fat removal and redraping the fat over the cheek bone to smooth the cheek/eyelid junction. 

The procedure went as planned and she was back to work within a week. Her eyelids no longer have the noticeable excess fat and she looks overall younger and less tired in appearance. We are thrilled with her results.
