Breast Implant Exchange Before & After Case 174

This patient presented to Dr. Olson for breast implant exchange. She had saline implants under the muscle and wanted them as high up on her chest as possible as they had dropped over time. Dr. Olson deflated her implants during a simple in-office procedure several weeks prior to her operation. This allows the internal capsule to contract as well as her skin. During the operation her saline implants were removed and 450 cc and 485cc textured round silicone implants were placed. Her mastopexy or breast lift was also revised. She now has a much more pleasant breast shape and loves the perkier position of her implants.
