Breast Augmentation with Breast Lift Before & After Case 16

This 31-year-old from the Ahwatukee and Chandler area presented to me for consulted for breast augmentation surgery. She was very fit and wanted more breast fullness and volume to giver here a more balanced, curvy figure. She was in a C cup bra and was hoping for an increase to D or DD. I spent time explaining the procedure in detail and together we chose a size that would suit her body and goals. She did have more breast ptosis on the right that can be seen in her preoperative photos. 

We decided to proceed with Allergan 425cc silicone breast implants through a periareolar incision near my plastic surgery office in Gilbert, AZ. The implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle to decrease future complications and give a more natural upper pole slope. A breast lift was performed on her right breast to even the nipple asymmetry. 

Following surgery I saw her the next day and several times after to evaluate her progress and make sure the implants continued to heal in the proper position. She had no complications and is extremely happy with her new curvy figure.
