Mommy Makeover Before & After Case 488

This patient is a mother of three who wished to address changes in her body following pregnancy and childbirth. Her goals for a Mommy Makeover in Gilbert included exchanging her previous breast implants for a smaller size, lifting her breasts, and improving the appearance of scarring left by her C-section. She also hoped to achieve a more contoured midsection. After thoughtful discussion about her goals, a combination of procedures was planned to address her specific concerns.

The above patient underwent a breast implant exchange with Sientra Moderate Plus 355cc implants, combined with a mastopexy (breast lift). She also had an abdominoplasty, with liposuction to the flanks, to address excess skin and stubborn fat.
