- More shape and size options: Silicone gel implants can either be round or anatomically shaped, which is ideal for patients who want options ranging from ultra-natural to voluptuous. There are multiple sizes that aren't available for saline implants.
- A more natural look and feel: This opinion is shared by most women and plastic surgeons, who say the cohesive gel more closely resembles the look of natural breast tissue and doesn't feel as firm as saline implants.
