Breast Augmentation with Breast Lift Before & After Case 133

This 36 year-old woman from Gilbert, AZ visited our office near Scottsdale, AZ for consulation regarding a breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexy). She breast fed her children and went from a large D to B cup. She was hoping to acheive a natural yet full shape. 

Using a breast implant sizing system and based on her goals Dr. Olson recommended textured round silicone implants and a breast lift. During the operation Dr. Olson placed silicone sizers under the pectoralis muscle to determine the final size. He placed a 375cc Mentor moderate plus textured round implant in the her right breast and a 400cc implant in her left breast. The lift was also performed where some breast tissue was also removed to improved her shape and symmetry. 

She is shown her 8 weeks after her surgery with an excellent result.
