Breast Implant Exchange Before & After Case 35

This 60 year-old woman from Gilbert, AZ presented to my office near Scottsdale, AZ for consultation regarding breast implant revision surgery. She had silicone implants placed 30 years ago and developed capsular contracture as well as bilateral implant rupture. During her consultation we discussed her medical history and surgical options to correct her breast shape. 

We proceeded with this outpatient surgery where her ruptured implants were removed and a complete capsulectomy was performed. New silicone implants were placed under the muscle to lower her risk of this happening again. I used 300cc moderate plus implants. She has since healed well and is very pleased with her new softer, shapelier breasts.
