Breast Implant Exchange Before & After Case 196

This 38 year-old woman from Scottsdale, AZ visited our office in Gilbert for consultation regarding breast implant exchange. She had 310cc saline implants overfilled to 330cc and over time her implants had migrated lateral giving her wider cleavage. Dr. Olson performed an implant exchange using her scar tissue to create an internal bra to bring the implants into the correct position. 

He placed 470cc Sientra textured round silicone implants after correcting the implant pocket and she is shown here 8 weeks after surgery with a much improved shape and size.
