Brazilian Buttock Lift Before & After Case 30

This 39 year-old female presented to Dr. Olson in his Gilbert, AZ office for consultation for buttock augmentation. She was very fit and was looking for options to obtain a more shapelier fuller buttock. She desired a more curvy figure and for clothing to fit better. 

Dr. Olson evaluated her at his office near Scottsdale, AZ and recommended butt implants as well as liposuction to help shape her body. Fat transfer or fat grafting alone would not be adequate as she did not have enough fat to provide enough shape. He recommended anatomic implants for a more natural appearance and fat grafting around the implants to help mask the implant shape. 

She underwent the buttock augmentation with oval 300cc solid silicone implants. 100cc of additional fat was grafted to her buttock as well. She recovered from the surgery without any complications and is extremely happy with her new shapelier body.
